Markets Good For New Opportunities

While most believe world markets are in turmoil, there are a few entrepreneurs who are seizing the opportunities that are available abroad. Real Estate and land in particular have come close to hitting an all time low. What this means for many is prime opportunity to make an absolute fortune. Land in many 3^rd world countries and markets not even saturated yet, are the most prime available.

I am involved right now in speculation in two countries for three different companies who want to bring their projects there. The land value has fallen some 75%. This means once the economy globally turns around at least 10%, their investment has nearly tripled in value.

The opportunities which some see go beyond real estate. Opportunities lie in healthcare, telecom, commodities, food, clothing and various other industries. It is at times like this when niche companies really come into the limelight. I was wondering before how long it would take for people to look outside the box when the economy went south, and this time even though plenty of Americans are feeling the pain, many more are capitalizing on opportunities which have never been so good as their now are.
