Be still my heart …

Silence, Peace enter within…

Turn off the TV, i Pod and manmade gifts

Quiet the crickets incessant chatter

Light the dark corners

Open the window so I can breath…

The freshness of your breath infusing in me

Stand in the door, sealing each open space

Protect me from the outside

So that I may receive your grace

Turn me to my inner self

Were your spirit envelopes me

Stroke me with your hands of Love

To comfort and anoint me

Give me the courage to lean on YOU

To right my overturned boat

Seat me back at the helm

Sailing toward your bright and morning star

Cleanse my heart so that I can receive

You and understand your charitable heart

Let me understand the power of your presence is my REWARD

And I must share it so that I remember not to depart from

your power

your grace

your omnipotence

your calming spirit

in Your Home and

my Home

In this sacred place !
