Strong
Economies?

In The UAE and Netal, their seems
to be something of a fierce competition to see how will garner more and
stronger development opportunities. While the USA maybe suffering economically,
there is no slowdown occurring in these regions. Both the UAE and Netal are expected to explode with over €100BB in new
developments by 2009, and increase their economic impact by over 2 Trillion by
2011. That is vast expansion in Netal, by expected in
UAE.
These two regions have done some very smart business
development, and have now given the opportunities to global companies to
receive huge tax incentives, but also very special relationships with important
entities. Without giving away to much information, investors and businesses who
take the ground opportunity will be very, very happy with their returns.
I am consulting on a numbers of deals in these regions,
and the ROI’s are truly remarkable. The opportunities are equally impressive as
well. For the well connected companies, and investors looking for safe returns
in a very volatile global market, there are some very wise and solid choices
around.
The two biggest expansions happening in these regions are
real estate and entertainment. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are leading the charge in
this particular sector, and I expect to see some very large deals happening over
the next few months. Although a ton of people involved are being very tight
lipped about the expansion, it is happening at a very rapid pace. Will be sure
to keep everyone posted, and I am equally sure many of these land mark deals
that will pass many of us by, will make great news headlines once again.
