Zani Environmentalism

By Thoko Banda

Zani Environmentalism is a seven step process that empowers one to dramatically protect the most important environment that each individual is blessed with – our own individual mindsets. How we use our energies, how we recharge, how we choose our surroundings and how we care for and deploy our energy sources plays a pivotal role in influencing our success in life, as well as in influencing the quality of that success. By making subtle, yet strategic changes, one can ensure dramatic results regardless where you have been or are in your life.

The fifth of the seven-step process involves deploying your energies more efficiently. The rest of the discussion can be found in the “7 Wisdoms Blog” at http://web.mac.com/zaniphilosophy.

Deploying your energies more efficiently

Treat your self as you would like others to treat you.

Talk to your self as you would like your significant other to talk to you.

Respect your self as you would like your colleagues to respect you.

Reaffirm your accomplishments and potentials the same way that you would like your teachers to reaffirm them.

Circumnavigate or avoid problems and challenges the same way that you would like problems and challenges to circumnavigate or avoid you.

Let go of toxic dead-end situations and relationships as eagerly as you would like them to let you go.

Pursue successes with as much enthusiasm, focus and vigor as you would like successes to pursue you.

Be open to and embrace opportunities as readily as you would like opportunities to be open to and embrace you.

Love your self as you would like your children to love you.

Deploy your energies more efficiently.
