When you receive an
invitation for an event, you should know how to write a formal RSVP to an
invitation. RSVP basically means please respond. Not responding would be
considered rude, as your host took the time to send you an invitation.
Don't think that

invitation (words are usually centered) and use plain white paper. If you want
to be truly formal, you can reply with a handwritten letter.
