We are pleased to announce the Civil Rights Party of Canada’s participation in the official Gala of the International Napoleonic Communities in Montreal, Quebec (Canada) on June 11, 2009. Leader of the Party, Raphael Louis, delivered a message in remembrance of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte’s humanitarian achievements.
