Aglow In Your Angel's Light

I bear this golden gift of hope to you,
Memories of our loving tomorrow now,
A treasure of faith to get us through,
A perfect portrait of one day somehow.

I ask you to spread your angel’s wings,
Opening your life and your love to me,
Embracing all our most precious things,
Our truth and our everyday serenity.

Now bring your dreams close to mine,
See your future reflected in my eyes,
Dance with me for now and all time,
Write our names across the skies.

You will find beauty in this final peace,
A moment of love that goes on forever,
A passion found in our daily release,
Perfection in our hours together.

So give in to this trust I ask of you,
See our hope even in the dark of night,
Feel a closeness between our distant two,
As I dance, aglow in your angel’s light.
