Kate Mazzarella-Minshall
Attended Fordham University, Manhattan Campus,
and transferred to The New School for Social Research
in New York City where she is a graduate of the
MA program for Media Studies.
She has worked in the hospitality industry for
over 30 years, nine of which were spent in the Catering and
Convention Services Department at the
Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, and currently she is
the Director of Events for the Las Vegas
Harley-Davidson Cafe.
In 2003 Kate was awarded "Caterer of the Year” by NACE (National
Association of Catering Executives).
As a freelance writer, Kate has written several
articles for Food and Beverage Magazine
(formerly Las Vegas Food & Beverage Magazine),
Las Vegas La Voce Italian Newspaper and a variety of online publications. In
2003, she was awarded "Caterer of the Year” by NACE (National Association of
Catering Executives).
